Admissions

SCLE aims to promote a comprehensive admissions policy for its program. It touches upon the overall human development aspect and seeks to have the best of applicants who would fit and thrive in the Liberal Education program.

Admissions to the SCLE program would be done on the basis of entrance examinations. This includes a two way process, the aspiring students can either take the D-ART examinations held by DALHAM Foundation, an independent body that conducts entrance examinations testing the comprehensive skills of the applicants who wish to pursue Creative Liberal Education programs or the Jain Entrance Test organized by the Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Special category admissions as per policies also available.

Scholarship
  • Students with 90 percent and above in qualifying exam can apply for scholarship up to 25 percent of the Tuition Fee. This scholarship will apply only for the first year and will be given in Trimester III.
  • Need-cum-merit scholarships are available on application for full tuition waiver. These students need to maintain a consistency by scoring 90 percent and above without any Fail. Further, there should also be no disciplinary issue against them. This scholarship will be given every year in Trimester V and Trimester IX.
  • Pan-India Scholarship on Liberal Education : Chenraj Roychand Scholarship on Liberal Education- this scholarship is Pan India for any student wanting to have Liberal Education from any school/ institution/ university. The total amount of scholarship for top 3 candidates is Rs. 2.25 lakhs (1 lakh, 75 thousand and 50 thousand). The candidate who are selected for graduation in Jain (Deemed-to-be University), School of Creative Liberal Education) have the option to get scholarship adjusted in their first year fees. JET 2020
  • Jain Entrance Test (JET) is conducted for admissions to Liberal Studies programs at Jain (Deemed-to-be University). Students who wish to get enrolled, should qualify in the JET. The JET 2020 is scheduled on 24 and 25 April 2020.
